Sometimes art doesn’t have to have an ‘inspiration’, it just forms itself and lives proudly in that form. This is one of those pieces. In honesty I was just ‘playing about’ with shapes and different colours and this is the result.
When I showed The Wedge to a few friends I was surprised at how many enjoyed it and those who have owned it tell a similar story which is that most people take the time to stop and ponder this art piece. I like that and it is for that reason that I want to sell a few more of these prints.When a limited edition print is purchased the buyer will then take ownership of that ‘number’ of that print and have access to further copies (of different sizes) of that print for a cost comprising of the printing costs and an admin fee.
Purchase of any limited print also gives you membership to the wconnollyart club which gives you the opportunity to purchase any other art piece for 50% of its original price.
