About The Blue Lagoon.
The inspiration for this art piece came from a shoreline in the South Of France where the seafloor had an unusual orange tint to it. The water was that wonderful transparent blue/turquoise colour and together they made for such a beautiful sight that I though how I would love to capture that in a painting. As with a lot of my other work I painted this art but using the digital technology was the best way for me to get the colours to represent that beautiful Riviera coastline.
