I would love to have a deep and meaningful reason for creating this art-piece but the truth is my sister asked me to do some art for her house and her instructions were ‘not too abstract’ and ‘would you make it blue’ish’. She’s not that into art but I did this for her and she loves it and says it gets many compliments from her guests.
Sometimes you just do a piece of art and it just works and this is a good example of this. It is low key and unspectacular in design but just looks great hung up on any wall.
I am going to sell eighteen of these at a slightly lower price because quite a large number of people have asked me if they might have one.
