This piece started off as the three horizontal strips the colours of which I love, but It was still a little ‘boring’. I left it for weeks before I thought I must do something with this piece as I love the way the greens work with those purples. Then, being totally honest I saw another piece of art with those white stripes going in all directions and thought ‘that’s what I will do with my green and purple horizontal strips.
I am happy with the result as I kept the great ‘greens and purples’ behind but added that bit of excitement to the image with ‘All The Angles’ of the white stripes.
