I am very pleased with how this painting worked out as it has some nice effects which work well hence the larger number of detail photos I have uploaded. The original idea was to blend in these red and gold colours into three fields and then I added the white top just for some ‘relief’ from the dominating ‘Red and Gold’ theme. Works well and is really great in this 80 × 70 cms size.
